Pinpoint has created a range of solar panel lifting bags to lift solar panels safely and securely. The UK government aims to reduce all direct emissions to net zero by 2050, meaning many more solar panels are in use as organisations switch to clean, green, renewable energy sources. As the UK works towards this net zero target, more and more solar panels are being delivered and installed across the UK, increasing the popularity of our solar panel lifting bags.
Our solar panel lifting bags have a protective foam lining to ensure the solar panels are not damaged, and the lifting handles and stainless steel lifting eyes offer a balanced lift. Fitted with a Velcro opening and closing system, these bags incorporate side and top openings for maximum solar panel security.
We’re pleased to announce the newest bag in our solar panel lifting bag range, our SPLBVH bag (Solar Panel Lifting Bag Horizontal Vertical), which accommodates horizontal or vertical lift, making it even more practical and versatile for our clients.
The new bag has a width of 100mm and a closed height of 1200mm. It is available in either a 2.2 metre or 2.4 metre length. It has a labelled Working Load Limit (WLL) of 200kg, but you can request labelling of a lower limit
